Test Face to Face Event – 30 June at Venue Cranfield
It’s finally happening! The first face to face Buzz event in 15 months!
We’re super excited to announce that we’re running our first test face-to-face event at Venue Cranfield on Wednesday 30th June at 10 am.
It’s not going to be a normal Buzz event, obviously, due to COVID restrictions and the feedback we’ve had from our regular Buzzers recently.
Because we anticipate that many of you will be a little apprehensive about returning to physical events, and to comply with the health and safety policies at Venue Cranfield, we have put in place extra COVID safety measures.
Mainly these are:
- The event will be outside
- Max 30 people
- Face coverings must be worn at all times whilst standing or walking, including during open networking for the first hour
- For the second hour, all guests will be seated at tables of up to six people outside with masks off
- Bookings have now been opened and the weather forecast is dry but cloudy
- Guests must register their interest on the form below in order to be offered a booking
There will also be:
- A one-way system in place to reach the courtyard
- Single-use, environmentally friendly cups
- Hand-sanitising stations at regular intervals
On the more fun side, Venue Cranfield is also offering picnic blankets, complimentary tea, coffee, water and juice as well as single-serving cookies!
