Truesilver began in 2004 as a telemarketing company, until demand became high for other marketing services and then more focussed business advice. Over the last few years the general ethos has become all about helping customers grow their business in which ever way is best for them.
Some business owners want to outsource their marketing, some people want to learn how to grow their business themselves and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
Our plans over the next few years are to develop even more online help and advice so that we can help as many small businesses as possible generate higher turnovers and profits quicker.
Leigh was born in Bedfordshire and straight into a small business environment. Her parents were originally an accountant and a builder before buying a public house in Shillington and turning it into a huge success. They are now are semi retired and living in Tenerife.
In her employment days she worked in sales, lead generation and business development for wide and varied industries such as recruitment, food and beverage, flooring, logistics and banking.
She started her first business when she was 22 years old, a courier company that she sold after 2 years. 2 years later (having decided that being employed was great, but being a business owner was more rewarding) she started her second company, Truesilver.
Truesilver began in 2004 as a telemarketing company, until demand became high for other marketing services and then more focussed business advice. Leigh is a shareholder in 2 other businesses and has helped companies from over 100 industries grow and achieve the success they want.
She is married to husband Tom.
Her goal is to enable as many business owners as possible be financially independent and masters (or mistresses) of their own exit plans.
